RCA female to 2 RCA male converter?

If I buy a RCA converter with 1 female RCA that splits into 2 male RCA connectors and plug the Atari 2600 into the female and the 2 Males into the RCA in ports on the front of my TV, will I be able to see and hear my Atari 2600?

That's an RF splitter, not a true av splitter. So, No. You'll be able to watch yourself play on two tv sets through the RF on the back. There's an AV mod you can do, but the 2600 only puts out RF natively. There's also an S-video mod. Google them both for best results.
