STGuy1040
I was wondering if there were any classic gaming stores in the New Hampshire area. Thanks!
Joeyray
The Video Game Exchange in Plaistow NH is the only one that I know of. The Bull Moose in Salem NH once had a small book case of older games. It appeared to be pretty emptied out the last few times I stopped in there. Last time I was there (which was many years ago), he had some pretty rare carts. Only problem is he pulls out his ancient copy of digital press to price them. Ace_1
I second what Bcprs1 said. I've been to Video Game Exchange while on vacation in the area, and damn, while I did find PLENTY of goodies there(Genesis 3, Genesis 2 with 32X, Gen-X, Thunder Force II complete in the box, R-Type III), I had to dish out close to 200 BUCKS on everything! Ah, I see... so his prices are nowhere close to being current. I haven't been to his store yet, but I plan on going as soon as I have the time. borntorun
Final Stage Video Games in Hillsborough, NH. is my new favorite. Lots of good stuff- that store is a hidden gem.
bcprs1
I just tried out The Time Capsule in Cranston, RI. Pretty neat store with tons of comic books. They have one room that has some older video games. Prices are not a steal, but along the lines of what you would find on ebay. At least they are not jacking up the prices like some other stores. I picked up a few things I needed. Once again, not a steal, but good if you need to fill out your collection. They did have a ton of NES games and boxed intellivision games. What are the prices like there? Do they have a large selection to choose from?
Linkz1
Not sure if you're up to the drive, but there's a store called That's Entertainment in Worcester. They have some Atari games, and an amazingly large selection of NES, Genesis and SNES games.
borntorun
The prices at Final Stage are quite reasonable, and the guy who runs the store is knowledgeable and offers great service.
