NESGremlin #2 Posted January 12, 2009 Mario Bros. - Rare! 18$+ Ms pacman - Hard to find, 30$+ Arkanoid - Really, really rare! Around 25$+ ice climber - Uncommon 12$+ Mappyland - Uncommon, Around 15$+ Donkey Kong Classics - Mildly rare... Around 25$+ All the other games shouldn't be to hard to find, but the 6 listed above will be a pain unless your willing to fork out some cash.
AtariLeaf #3 Posted January 12, 2009 Thanks for the heads up. Hopefully I'll find some good deals on those.
AtariLeaf #4 Posted January 12, 2009 I bought Donkey Kong Classics for $10 and Mappyland for $5 from an ebay seller so those are crossed off the list. I'm crossing off Arkanoid too. From what I've read you need a special paddle controller to play it well and they're pretty expensive so I'm not going to bother. I'll just play breakout on the 2600 instead. ckrtech #5 Posted January 12, 2009 You can play Arkanoid without the paddle controller, but it takes too long to get from one side of the screen to the other.
AtariLeaf #6 Posted January 12, 2009 You can play Arkanoid without the paddle controller, but it takes too long to get from one side of the screen to the other. Ok, sounds frustrating without the proper controller.
AtariLeaf #7 Posted January 13, 2009 Got a nice Ms pacman (with manual) from CTCW for $6 so thats off the list. Well, at least I'm chipping away at the rarer ones on the list for good prices.
NESGremlin #8 Posted January 13, 2009 Got a nice Ms pacman (with manual) from CTCW for $6 so thats off the list. Well, at least I'm chipping away at the rarer ones on the list for good prices. Sometimes people dont know what they have, so good luck. The other day I got a copy of "Mario Time Machine" on NES for only 2$; it has a A- rating (Extremely Rare) and is worth 45$. AtariLeaf #9 Posted January 17, 2009 Found some more and crossed them off. I'd really like to concentrate on getting: Pacman Mario Brothers arcade Donkey Kong 3 Rampage Rampart Millipede Please help a brother out
AtariLeaf #10 Posted January 20, 2009 Picked up a Rampart today for $5 and made a deal with Mike at CollectorsCardsandGames for Pacman, Rampage, Mario Bros. Arcade, Donkey Kong 3, and Millipede so I'm getting pretty much everything off the list. The rest should be fairly easy to knock off.
Phantom #11 Posted January 23, 2009 (edited) No you are obviously correct. Its for someone else but now I confused myself and cant remember who. Old age does that. Sorry about the confusion. AtariLeaf #12 Posted January 23, 2009 (edited) This reminds me I have a 5 screw Spy Hunter I put aside for you and forgot all about it. I dont know if you need it but I know you like the 5 screws so let me know if ya need it. Have fun -Ant For me? I don't remember requesting a spy hunter but I do have one. I see on CTCW that sellers make mention of carts with 5 screws. I don't remember ever requesting games that have this and frankly don't even know what its supposed to mean beside the obvious - some have 3 screws, some have 5. Does this make them more desirable somehow to have 5 screws? In fact, while I'm here, I'm looking to trade the following: Double Dragon Contra Spy Hunter for Klax Marble Madness Tennis A 3 for 3 swap would be great if possible Thanks Edited January 23, 2009 by AtariLeaf

Yea I know, doesn't make sense, its such a common game. Around here anyway. Got mine for $3, played it through. Its not as fun as I remembered it. Now Klax and Marble Madness, I can't find anywhere locally so its worth it for me.
