I don't know if anyone would like to help out here, but I ordered some products from this place through EMS and while I paid for the fastest shipping available (2-4 day shipping EMS) it's now nearing almost a full week with nothing at my door to speak of. I've tried contacting this guy through his email and onsite "contact" section, but with no avail. I've requested my confirmation number.. anything really.. and nothing.

 

I know the package was shipped out by them, so I'm assuming it has to do with EMS. The company's site not replying to my inquiries isn't helping though.

 

Has anyone had problems with EMS shipping not coming when it said it should? I usually don't buy things internationally as most of my import games come from the US through ebay, but this was an exception. I don't even know who would deliver a package from Hong Kong through EMS (I'm assuming USPS?). It's just been a very stressful last few days, and I'm hoping someone can offer some piece of mind.

where do you live?

it's most than likely that the culprit lies in customs,

they usually hold packages for lengthy periods of time.

it may take additional week before they will release it,

you're waiting a week, nothing to be alarmed about yet.

I bought some games from them as well and I have to say that I was very pleased with the service.

I bet that your package is at the customs! I am sure that you will get it soon!
