I liked it.

If you like Oblivion you may enjoy the game as the game play is similar. The graphics are well done, and the game has elements that would have been cool in Oblivion (Like being able to kick people, this is especially fun when the are standing at the edge of a cliff!)

All that said. The game also pales in comparison to Oblivion because although game play is similar, it's only around 8 missions. Kinda reminded me of playing through 8 of Oblivions 100's of missions, without the ability to really customize your character and without the non-linear feel. I'd say it would be worth $10 if you were a huge fan of Oblivions game play.
