Space Invaders Ice Cubes?

The invaders are everywhere damn it! Last week it was a new unplayable Space invaders watch... This week an unlicensed Space invaders-like flexible ice tray makes it's appearance. -HERE-

Good that it's unlicensed, because those shapes don't look like any Space Invaders I know

There aren't enough of them, either. If they're going to go the trouble of making a silicon mold, they should have at least made 5 rows of 11. Otherwise you need three trays just to get a full set. Of course, you would have a few spares, just in case a few fell on the floor.

I had an ice cube tray like those, I think they were little Coke bottle ice cubes, and while very cool (pun intended), they are a super pain to remove from the mold. You have to pull each one out individually. The standard, twist, crack, dump out method won't work.

My girlfriend bought me one of these for Christmas(but gave it to me today. she couldn't wait until Chrismtas LOL ) I think they're pretty sweet. I need about 10 more to actually make enough usable ice but I'm gonna make as much as I can with the one tray. Plus it made me decide to drink a CC & sprite on the rocks(SPACE INVADERS ROCKS

 

And i know this thread is pretty old but I didn't want to start a new one..

 

These are sweet I just wish they made bigger ice cubes.
