What's your favorite game

Well it's voting time Atari gang and well these 12 titles are taken straight from my mind and I'm just wondering what do you guys like the most and about E.T you'd be surprised how many people like it, lol.

There are a lot of good ones on that list, but I'd go with Adventure. I think it may be one of my very favorite games on any platform ever.

Adventure or Yars' Revenge. I tend to prefer the arcade ports on 5200/7800/Colecovision/NES. I know the 2600 versions were impressive for their time, but with better versions available they've lost some luster. Berzerk and Asteroids... Eh.

Glad to see Crystal Castles as that's my favorite 2600 game! I'm surprised not to see Solaris on there tho

 

 

 

Can't believe Berzerk beat Crystal Castles tho....not that it's a bad game but I would have never thought it would make a favorite's list. Crystal Castles is'nt as repetitive as Berzerk but that's just my opinion.

My favorite from games I've been playing recently would be Circus Atari. However, since the list asks for my all-time favorite and I used to love to play Asteroids, I chose that.

 

If Beamrider would have been an option, I would have definitely picked it since it's the best Atari game ever

It was a toss-up between Yar's Revenge and Crystal Castles. Both are great games, but I think I spent more time playing Yar's Revenge than Crystal Castles. The other games are great too - but I can play Asteroids and roll the score without even trying. Yar's Revenge gets more challenging (and very hard!) and it keeps me coming back, trying to get a better score.

Of these choices, Circus Atari followed closely by Combat. I would have chosen Combat first but since it requires 2 people it's not a title one can always play since you need a 2nd player.

from that list, for me, its crystal castles, but also, as a later game, i feel it has a bit of an unfair advantage. on second thought, i'd change my vote to asteroids if i could (the variation with shields.) tho cc is close )
