More info about these things here: http://www.capcom-unity.com/johndmoney/blo..._retail_package

I hate Paypal, so check/money order is preferred. 100% ebay feedback on a 10 year old account!

That is cool, what did it retail for? How many were made? 200?

The number that everyone says is 200, but many suspect the actual number is quite a bit higher. There are just too many on eBay. In September, they were going for $500+. Now they are going for under $130.

Didn't I offer you around $150 for this and you turned it down? I doubt you will get more than that, I mean it is cool but be realistic :P I ended up getting one (for less) so my offer is off the table of course :)

You offered $125. They were over $200 on ebay at that time. (And still get that high occasionally)

Ah, $125 thats right. I did end up getting one on Ebay for around $100 a week or two after that. Must just be a timing thing ;)

Still have mine, and the value hasn't gone up at all.

Yep, they typically go for around $80-$100 now that the hype has died down. Some guy on Atari Age had a ton of them for sale last month.

Not sure what that proves. There are always auctions that go outside of the norm and if you're willing to be patient and pay the 15% in fees Paypal and Ebay now charge and deal with all the potential hassles of Ebay, I suppose you might be able to get more than $100 if you're really lucky. I have been watching MegaMan 9 press kit auctions for months out of curiousity and most have averaged $80-$100. A seller on Atari Age sold 10 of them for $100 each shipped between January and April of this year (it took that long to sell them all). I remember when these were going for $300 or more before Capcom did a second run and flooded the market and filled all the back orders. They just aren't that rare and demand is a lot lower than it was before.

Yeah, Ebay is never a good example of current market price. First link is a bidding war between two people. Without them the highest bid was $38, second one was a BIN. On a seperate note, anyone pick up the final Fight press kit for sale on Capcom right now? Just ordered mine!

Who was selling them here? I can find no such thread, and I don't recall ever seeing it.
