Kripto #1 Posted February 21, 2009 Came across this crazy new retro-style game "JumpMan" this morning. Looks super-cool and it probably not the last we'll see in this awesome genre- http://www.offworld.com/2009/02/gimme-indi...hellos-jum.html
jboypacman #2 Posted February 21, 2009 I like how it looks like a 2600 game maybe this could wind up on WiiWare.
Mirage #3 Posted February 21, 2009 That's brilliant! It gets challenging a few into the octagonal levels. Very nice gameplay. The character reminds me of an Intellivision guy.
Warriorisabouttodie #4 Posted February 21, 2009 wow the game is a lot of fun. nice that there are PC and Mac versions too. What language is it written in?

Mirage #6 Posted February 22, 2009 I played this more. I guess the octagon levels weren't hard. It depends on where you land in one of them... it can be hard or super easy. I'm actually stuck right now on the first level where you can't rotate the playfield. How to get past that minotaur!?! (or whatever it is). Great game! Highly recommended. the maddestman #7 Posted February 22, 2009 Wow, not bad at all, nicely done. Thanks for bringing this to our attention!
S1500 #8 Posted February 22, 2009 I love the low-resolution pixel guy, and the fact the next level "zooms in". very innovative.
potatohead #9 Posted February 22, 2009 This is game art, plain and simple! Love it! Now we should see ports backward!! It's going to be interesting to see how the various older machines do this game. Some of them have enough CPU and GFX to do most of what is seen in this game. Lots of new ideas!
rpgfaker #10 Posted March 2, 2009 Wow that's awesome! I reminds me of the Space Invaders Extreme updated retro goodness.
