nathanallan #27 Posted March 3, 2009 (edited) Sega Saturn DOH! How could I forget the Saturn?? That's a great system. Dreamcast, too, it's really fun and you can 'backup' your games, as well as download homebrewed games. Edited March 3, 2009 by nathanallan
Eltigro #28 Posted March 3, 2009 To anyone who said to get the TurboGrafx-16 or PC Engine, I definitely second that. Don't let the lack of support in North America fool you, there are some excellent games for the system such as the Bonk series, Blazing Lazers, all the Soldier shmups, Splatterhouse, Devil's Crush and Alien Crush... It has been mentioned to get a Wii to give you access to the TG-16 library, and this is a great idea. The Virtual Console is wonderful as a means of introducing the system to those who did not have a chance to experience it back in the day. But there are many games that aren't on VC and might never be. It's up to you though. I always seem to have more fun when playing on the original hardware.
