tremoloman2006 #5 Posted March 6, 2009 I'm shocked there is not one single "Retr0bright" video on youtube! If someone were to post one I bet it would get a TON of hits! (hint, hint) I would do it myself but: A) I have no clue how to make it yet B) My video skills are crap
mimo #6 Posted March 6, 2009 What do you want to see in the video? It takes longer than paint drying
tremoloman2006 #7 Posted March 6, 2009 What do you want to see in the video? It takes longer than paint drying I'd like to see a video on A) How to make it B) Applying it C) Seeing the different setups people use (i.e. blacklight, sunlight, etc.) I'm one of those people who need everything spelled out for them or else things wind up exploding. Just ask my 10th grade chemistry teacher... I blew up the lab and got sent to the hospital when I was stabbed in the back with a thermometer full of mercury. True story... pinball22 #8 Posted March 6, 2009 I blew up the lab and got sent to the hospital when I was stabbed in the back with a thermometer full of mercury. True story... That's awesome, what did you blow it up with? And was the thermometer-stabbing part of that (thrown by an explosion) or a separate thing?
nonner242 #9 Posted March 6, 2009 I might try this in the summer.

That's awesome, what did you blow it up with? And was the thermometer-stabbing part of that (thrown by an explosion) or a separate thing? We were doing an experiment when you charge 1 test tube mixed with water & base with a negative charge, the other postive or something to that effect. I was supposed to only put a small amount of base in the tube. I filled it to the top and kicked off the experiment. I turned my back for a second.... BOOM! I remember the teacher calling my mother "Maam... please don't be alarmed, but your son was just stabbed in the back with a thermometer." Good times
Merlin #12 Posted August 24, 2009 There is a video on Youtube, although I didn't make it. I will eventually get around to doing a video demonstration.
