phitter #1 Posted March 5, 2009 (edited) I was so bored this past weekend that I made cornbread. From scratch. Then I decided to organize the laundry room. In doing so, I happened upon the binder that I keep my Atari Age magazines in and started looking through them. One of the issues contained instructions to turn a standard-issue Atari joystick into left-handed controller simply by switching around the order of the wires on the inside. As a lefty, I figured that I stumbled onto this infomation about 25 years too late. While the cornbread cooled, I opened the joystick and made the changes as indicated. Then I played some Yar's Revenge. I felt so uncoordinated and retarded using this modified stick that I lasted about 5 minutes before shutting it off. I guess it's all what you get used to. http://www.atariage.com/magazines/magazine...p;CurrentPage=4 Edited March 5, 2009 by phitter
