PSX Underground

Hi all,

 

Has anyone been trying to track down back issues of PSX Underground? I've been trying to find the one with the MST3k clip (Vol. 2, Issue 1, I think), and it just seems that it never pops up on ebay anymore. How many of these were made?

I own every single copy and would not sell them at any price.

 

You're right it is issue 2.1 that in deed does have the MST3K group but it more than just a clip it is also behind the scenes as well. By the way there are only 17 issues in all, issue 4.4 has both a PS1 disc and PS2 disc. While the last real issue 5.1 only has a PS2 disc, after which Underground only appeared as a series of PS2 demo discs. According to a friend you can find image files of the Undergrounds on torrents.

I would certainly never ask you personally to sell them to me, but I find it amazing how seldom I see ANYONE offering these.

 

Assuming one were to look on torrent sites, can I assume that the CD-R would not work on an unmodded PSX?

I only meant I would not sell them as they are very important to me.

 

Unfortunately you will need a modded PSX to play them, or run the discs via a PSX emulator on your computer. I am unsure if you need modded PSP to run them there as well.

I've amassed most of them over the years, but for some reason if I come across any at all these days, it's always 2.4.
