Help dumping hn61256pc09 Hitachi 32K mask ROM

Hey everyone -

 

I have a Hitachi HN61256PC09 32K Masked ROM that I am trying to dump. It's a 28 pin device, and I believe it's a CMOS device.

 

The HN61256PC09 is giving me a headache.. it's a 32K masked ROM, and the only data sheet I could find was this:

I rearranged the address lines that needed to be rearranged to make it 27256 wiring-compliant (according to the above data sheet) and tried pulling the chip select to + and to - with a resistor - no dice. I either get all 0's when I read with my EPROMmer (Chipmax) or I get wierd stuff like 1F or 1B in all the 32K.

 

Does anyone have a data sheet on this sucker? About the closest I could come to a pinout is the schematic diagram on page 32 of this PDF: http://www.classiccmp.org/dunfield/ti/ti74tdm.pdf
