It's probably Tsunami. There's also another Vectrex game kinda similar to Tempest, Bedlam.

i loved nanotek warrior on the psux and n20 has shades of tempest to it also. I also really like vektor storm for the amiga.

Eww, that Tsunami 2010 game is horrible! My mind went numb after shooting dull enemies with Wario's mustache for ten minutes.

It's not that bad for PC Game in only 96K, but there are really better Tempest remakes. Maybe this one is better (haven't tried it yet):

That's it, Tsunami, I got it back when it first came out with hopes of getting a vectrix to play it on, only to loose my job about that time and it never happened. Got a couple of other vectrex homebrews too, but dont remember what (or even where) they are.
