DaytonaUSA #1 Posted March 24, 2009 I'm wondering how much more games are that are sealed. I ordered a copy of a psone import that's already pretty uncommon. Much to my surprise, the "used" game was sealed.. brand new. I'm wondering, should I take it out of the plastic wrap? The only old game that was "new" that I opened was Virtual Open Tennis. I figured it wasn't worth much, so why not open it. The game in question btw is SquareSoft's Internal Section.

It seems that Japanese shops really like to re-shrinkwrap stuff (I think I even got some loose Famicom carts that had shrinkwrap on them...)
STICH666 #3 Posted March 24, 2009 The only sealed game I ever opened was Seaman.
Reaperman #4 Posted March 24, 2009 (edited) The only sealed game I ever opened was Seaman. bet you regret doing that *lol* no, nothing narrated by leonard nemoy could possibly be boring... it's okay--it doesn't have to be your first--just pretend it never happened and open up another game ASAP. I bought that game to play it. It wasn't shrink wrapped and the box was a little beat up anyway. It had a sticker seal. Here's a pic. You can see where someone decided to do their math homework. DaytonaUSA #6 Posted March 24, 2009 Yes, I'm 100% positive it's the original seal. Japanese psone games had a very distinct plastic wrap with a flap on the top of the back of the case.
