Only because it is the arcade version, and it's "equal" to all the other rom emulator versions out there. Be it MAME or some complilation disc for a modern console.

No, the Ms. Pac-Man stick is not running the original arcade code. All the Jakks sticks are running arcade ports, usually written for Nintendo-on-a-chip hardware.

I do indeed agree that the 5200 Ms. Pac-Man is messed up. Much rather play the one on the 2600
