Been an awesome day for Atari in my house.

Recommended Posts

Well the post woman brought me a ton of cool stuff today(our mail is like the buses, nothing for ages then it all comes at once!).

Got the following and am well chuffed!

Beef Drop for the XE from the Atari Age store(cheers Al!). Awesome game BTW.

Moon Patrol for the XE CIB

2600 Sky Skipper New unplayed copy!

2600 Reactor complete.

2600 Bermuda Triangle international edition CIB.

2600 Joust cart.

2600 Mouse trap CBS cart.

2600 Realsports Boxing cart.

2600 Circus weird green label version.

atari Adventures in sound talking book on tape.

Apart from Circus and reactor all these games are new to me, so that's my gaming goodness sorted for a good while :)

I reckon that Beef Drop is going to get some serious play for a long time, best thing I've bought since Lady bug!

Just wanted to share my happiness

Chris

That's a nice group of games you have there. It looks as though you may have a busy weekend coming up. Enjoy!

Keep Playing Dude!

I know how you feel.

I got a big box yesterday with the following games for my new (to me) Atari 7800:

Dig Dug

Centipede (this one is great!)

Zaxxon

Donkey Kong

Galaga

Desert Falcon

BallBlazer

Asteriods

I also got Spider Fighter and Fantastic Voyage for my 2600

I know how you felt when the UPS man dropped off the box.

Like Christmas in March!

Keep Playing!

Rob

I bought a blind lot of 83 games from eBay and they showed up today and I was very psyched. All in minty loose condition, King Kong to add to my collection, and a whole bunch of other weirdly kinda rare stuff--one Activision cart still has the foam in it, tons of late 1986-88 gray label re-releases... loads of fun until I went out the door and locked myself out because I had used my keys to open the box all the Atari stuff came in and failed to put it back in my pocket...

Reminds me of the two CL lots I've got. The pics are always too small to let you make out all the game titles. One was 150 games, the other was 52 games. I was like a kid in a candy store, and I probably had this funky grin on my face the whole time I was going through them.

When I got the 150 game lot, my wife said she was hungry. No way in heck I was going to wait for her to eat lunch and then drive all the way home from Edmond before I went through looking for rare games. It got sorted through at the Sonic Drive-In near 15th (or is it 33rd?) and Boulevard. She was eatin', I was sortin', and all was good! I was sorting games in the back of my truck, and it was like 90 degrees out with nothing but sun everywhere, even in the shade! I didn't care, either, I was lookin' for stuff I didn't have.

Darn the Actiplaque, full speed ahead! I pulled a couple of Sears pic Baseball carts from that lot and traded them both off here.
