Question for Canadian sellers

I bought a couple games off a person from Canada, and was just wondering how long the shipping time is? It was suppost to have been shipped on the 11th of March, and still hasn't arrived. Does this sound like a usual shipping time? Thanks for any help,

Canada Post can be hit and miss sometimes things move quickly and other times it can painstakingly slow. Hang in there; what Canadian province was it shipped from and what state are you in, Cheers, FB

I'm originally Canadian, now in the States and having been on both sides it can take a while. Unlike the US, Canada Post is not a government organization so it's not as well funded. Occasionally there are strikes. It can be fun - but I've never had a package come from the homeland damaged. Just late.

was it sent air or ground?

 

air: around 7-14 days

ground: 14-30 days

Packages can be held up at the US border by customs officers for several days, even over a week sometimes. From experience, I can say that a package that travels between Canada and the US usually reaches the border on the canadian side pretty quickly, but going from the US border to the actual US destination can take quite a bit of time. Was your package sent by regular airmail, or something else with a tracking number?

Thanks for the replies. They showed up today, in a bubble mailer They are pretty squarshed, but I may be able to save they. It was a set of Xonox boxed games. They weren't all that expensive, but they were the first ones boxed that I have owned. Thanks again for the help, nex time I'll expect them in 2 to 3 weeks,
