Weird Codebreaker problem

I have this weird issue with Codebreaker. Whenever I try to play it on my 7800, the colors are off and the picture rolls. When I try it on my 2600 Jr, the picture quality is terrible but the game still plays. But when I play it on my Sears Video Arcade, it works fine. I've never come across a cart like this, so has anyone else experienced the same thing?
