Yep I have one. It's a Keyboard add-on for the 2600. It plugs into the cartridge slot and both joystick ports, and give the 2600 a pretty decent basic and some extra memory (although not nearly enough). It also has a built in sound and art program, but I never fooled around with those. You could also make an adapter so you could save your programs to tape.

 

It's pretty neat, but no matter what was tried the 2600 was never going to be a real computer. It's pretty rare in NTSC format, but the PAL version is only uncommon. I got my NTSC version boxed at Philly two years ago (only $100 too!).
