Mine looks like that, except it's not so crusty.

Nope. I keep most of my stuff in plastic boxes and drawers and they have stayed fairly un-crusty looking over the years. Now I use one of these instead:

Yup, looks exactly like the ones I got with my Atari's too.

 

Standard stock old school generic switch box.

 

It's funny Atari never re-branded them. Even Coleco did that much. It's like all Atari did was swap boxes (or send their boxes to the supplier and had them packed in those then and there).
