What game is this? (Found on Coleco Vision module 1box)

Hello,

 

Could someone tell me the name of this game? I found it on the Coleco Vision module 1 expansion box, and it looks a lot like the game Turbo for Coleco Vision. Any other information is greatly appreciated.

It's a mock-up screenshot of Turbo for the 2600 (the real one looks like this). The 'screenshot' of 2600 Smurfs on the Expansion Module #1 box is a mock-up (which differs from the released version) as well.
