Trouble Running OSS Action! with Atari800Win PLus - Solution!

I finally figured out how to use the OSS Action! cartridge with Atari800WinPLus 4.0 without the keyboard locking up - It's easy!

 

Go to the Keyboard Options menu and be sure to Uncheck the "Use Windows typematic rate" control.

That's all to it.
