Very cool! Is that a cursor or a bouncing ball?!? It's nice that it has a title screen. Kind of reminds me of Cabbage Patch Kids. Is there music in the title screen?

Good to hear this, Wonder.

And many thanks for sharing that screenshot.

I think you already answered this, but will the original ROM of Turbo eventually be released as well?

Wonder, what version of Stella do you have? AFAIK hitting the F12 key saves a .PNG image, which you will be able to upload. I looked but couldn't find anything in Stella about .PCX.

There isn't, at least not in any version I'm familiar with (and I started working on Stella at version 1.2).

That title screen reminds me of the one for Star Gunner and Solar Fox.

So what percentage of the world's Romox carts do you own now, Wonder?

Probably because they were designed by the same guy. Both CocoNuts amd BBB were intended to be childrens' titles.

Alex Leavens did Bouncin' Baby Bunnies.

Jim Rupp and Jack Woodman did Coco Nuts.

Exactly.

Jack Woodman designed several of the Telesys games. Highly doubtful that Alex Leavens designed the game himself, especially considering he was an independent contractor on the outside. When I say design, I mean that in a literal sense - conceptual design, not programming.

So you think Jack Woodman did the game design and Alex Leavens did the actual programming?

I don't know for sure, but I don't think Alex designed any of his games.

I think Alex Leavens designed Stargunner on his own.

There's no mentioning of Jack Woodman on the back of the Stargunner box.

Woodman is only mentioned on the back of Fast Food box and Coco Nuts box.

Before you bombard the original seller of Bouncing Baby Bunnies with questions, I wanted to let you know that I have acquired this game along with the Romox carts. The reason why I have not said anything is because I do not want to bombard the market with one-of-a-kind proto releases; it would be too overwhelming for the market in my opinion. This game will be released but I would like to wait for Racer and Turbo to come out first. Racer should be coming out in a month or so, Turbo might be a while longer because of the bugs and glitches that it has; there is an AtariAge committee working on Turbo. In addition, I want to do the releases right, especially when I paid a very good amount of $$$ to acquire them. I am not trying to hoard the ROMS or anything, I want to stagger the releases of the games as well so that people can look forward to future releases and be able to afford the reproduced games (for the ones that don't buy, a ROM for downloading will be available once I have sold out the games; just need to recover SOME of the costs). The bottom line is that Bouncing Baby Bunnies is safe and secured (ROM has already been dumped for archiving purposes).

It's good to know those protos are in good hands and it's really nice that you're gonna share them with us!
