moycon #2 Posted May 15, 2009 I tend to avoid names with "ninja" in the title unless they are turtles. I was really into ninjas in the 80's. I'd get gthose goofy Asian Arts magazines and we'd buy ninja stars from the local show repair shop and throw them at plywood painted with the outline of a person. Man that movie Ninja 3 : The Domination was the best movie EVER I thought back then. Now I'm not so into ninjas. I did watch Ninja 3 last year again for the first time since I was a teen. Wow What a movie. Maybe I'll get this game.
cimerians #3 Posted May 15, 2009 But Moycon you must play Ninja Gaiden Black (or II). I might pass on Ninja blade cause Im too much of a Ninja Gaiden fanboy. I probably will compare it too much to Gaiden and end up hating it.
xg4bx #4 Posted May 15, 2009 the 2 games are similar yet different enough. i loved ng2 and poo-pooed ninja blade at every opportunity until i actually played it. believe me, going in i didn't expect much. but right around the time i was fighting enemies while running/free falling down the side of a crumbling skyscraper, is when i fell in love. ng is a slower, more methodical game. this one is the non-stop action, insane scenario equivalent. theyre both 2 different sides of the same coin. its worth at least renting. Noooo!! Dont tell me that! I got too many games to play! Ok, thats very well put especially if you liked NG. I will definitely look for it then. otaku #6 Posted May 21, 2009 I own it but have played only for like a half hour (got stuck no time to keep playing) it does seem quite good though. Actually reviews have been good.
