FlightSuit #1 Posted May 19, 2009 I spied something odd in a thrift store in SF yesterday. It was a "Teachatron" children's learning computer, and I found it intriguing because its form-factor was the same as you'd find on one of those old "portable" computers from the early 80s, such as this: http://oldcomputers.net/compaqi.html The thing had a slot on its side for ROM cartridges of some sort. Just wondering if anybody's ever heard of it. I couldn't find anything about it on Wikipedia. Google returned results for eBay pages, but that was apparently stale data. No biggee, just curious, as it struck me as an odd, unique artifact.

FlightSuit #3 Posted May 20, 2009 Good find! The one in the thrift store didn't have that white strap on it, and of course, there were no cartridges included.
