Needed Repair Part

Does anyone know where I can pick up a power port/hookup for a 2600 Jr.? The one we have works with a bit of jiggling, so I just want to solder a new connector in. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Obviously you forgot about the thread on my Atari 2600 6-switch's restoration and the list I gave of the parts I bought, just lookup my name and search for all posts by me. and go to the one about the pictures of my Atari Console's restoration.

Rich I looked at all of your posts and I cant find at all where you posted about where you found the parts to restore your sixer. Can you post that info if it is a public source.

 

I've got some sixers I want to fix up myself, but I don't know where to buy new parts.

The power port on a 2600 is just a plain old mono headphone jack. Any electronics store will carry it. Maybe even Radio Shack.

I found a site on the net that sells parts. He seems to be rather reasonable...
