Are you going to buy a Harmony cart for the Atari 2600?

I hope so... I anticipate they will start to ship next week. The last of the supplies I need will probably come too late for shipping outside the US, but those in the US will likely still get them by Xmas, provided they pay immediately upon receiving the announcement of release.

Got mine today too . I need to AV mod my 2600 before I can use it, but it looks quality. Very nice label and neat hole for the USB and SD card.

 

This might sound a lame question, but how do you open the case ? is there a screw under the label or something ?

Are there known games (bigger than 32k) that will not work with the Harmony cart? What are those titles? Need to know before I decide.

The only legacy game that won't run on Harmony is Megaboy, because it's 64k.

 

I'm not aware of any other games larger than 32k except Stella's Stocking, which also doesn't work, but is somewhat irrelevant since the binary has never been released. Some of the individual Stella's Stocking games have been released and do work by themselves.

 

There are some demos larger than 32k that won't work due to the size, but there aren't very many.

Oh, yes. It's w-a-a-a-y too freaking expensive. If it were priced similarly to Harmony I'd be all over it.

Just ordered mine 5 minutes ago! I own a Cuttle Cart 2 already, but I am intrigued by this! Especially at the friendly price point! I ordered the deluxe. Should be pretty cool from everything I've been reading. Yes, I am a lurker these days... I've been around for a little while, though.
