Ridenmy65 #1 Posted September 29, 2002 "Today, I am the luckiest man on the face of the earth" Those words once uttered by my friend Lou Gehrig, were uttered by me earlier today when I found a "Chase the Chuckwagon". Well....maybe I am not the luckiest man on the earth, but it feels nice to pick up a cart like that for 2 bucks.
Scot from S.C. #2 Posted September 29, 2002 All I can say is wow. You have to give details on this find. You are super lucky. Congratulations.
KAZ #3 Posted September 29, 2002 The burning question is are you going to sell it? It is the neverending question of whether to keep a rare game because it IS rare, or sell it for loads of cash because it is rare and HAS VALUE. Far as I know, the game isn't really even very fun to play-but it is really really rare. What are your thoughts about these issues?
AtariDude #4 Posted September 29, 2002 Isn't finding that game in the wild for only $2 considered one of the signs of the upcoming apocolypse? That was one extremely lucky find.

Ridenmy65 #6 Posted September 29, 2002 So do you own now 3 or 2? Sorry Matty that I didn't get back to you on that game. I traded my other chase for something else. I got the other one on Ebay so this one is so much sweeter. As far as keeping it, I will definately keep this one. It certainly is the best cart I have now. Well, I went to Raleigh, NC. for the weekend for the North Carolina gaming show. (just a side not, that was a big let down) I bought a few games there, nothing great. Anyway, on saturday I am driving home and it is still early enough by the time I got home to go hunting. I figured I would go to my usual places and that's it. My first stop is a thrift store that is pretty big, but they have never had anything real exciting. I did find an unopened ET in there once. So I go back into their "electronics" department and I see a 4 switch on one of the shelves. Of course now I am thinking "where are the carts that came with it"? I look down and the box of games is sitting there. Right up on top is the Chase, I snatched it up like it was a winning lotto ticket and looked around to tell someone of my score. There was nothing else there of interest to me so that was the only thing I got. That was the easiest 2 bucks I think I have ever spent. Good luck hunting.
