I bought this lot from a D&D vendor who bought these directly from Kevin Hendryx who not only worked on Colecovision but also worked at TSR.

 

9 pages plus one COA signed by Kevin for a total of 10 pages.

Well I don't own a scanner. I am sure if there is someone interested enough to buy these he will scan them for you guys.
