Wanted: SIMMs to upgrade Atari STE to 4mb RAM

I want four, 30-pin, 1Mb SIMMs to upgrade my Atari 1040 STE to 4Mb total. Non-parity, 120ns or faster, all identical and the same brand/model, etc.

Same here. I bought 16 sticks for my STe's. Did my first one last night and they work without issue.

But it's been 2 years. That seems too cheap. Are these used, or something? I'm afraid.

 

Has anybody ordered lately? Are these used or something? Will these work in Mega STe or anything else?

 

I should have 1040STe coming; been waiting to see one since 1989....LOL.

 

Since I've never seen inside, I'm assuming there's some throw-away SIMMS in the slots? Is there some rule about running in pairs or sets of 4?

Thanks for this link. I purchased these and installed them. They work very good. They still have a few hundred in stock in 2019 very inexpensive too.

I have a box of old ram, and I know I have a bunch of 30 pin 1mb simms in it... If your still looking, I'll check them out... I don't think I will ever need them so just pay shipping type thing... I need to look when I get home tonight to know exactly what they are..
