classicgamingguy #26 Posted June 8, 2009 So..... Where are those bum pics, exactly? Anyway, I saw these earlier and almost peed myself. Too funny!! I like to collect boxed games, but not sealed. Maybe that will be my next collection attempt, but I'm after CIB now. And Iwan, I forgot to ask...what is the helmet for? You really don't have to tell me, but with the duckie, helmet, and beer....I'm beginning to wonder about you.

littleman jack #28 Posted June 9, 2009 I've picked up some nice sealed games from 4Jays and from Video 61. I believe Best Electronics has some as well. And then there's O'Shea as well. Just some ideas. There are probably others as well, Atari2600.com perhaps?
classicgamingguy #29 Posted June 10, 2009 This question has probably been asked a lot, but.... How can you tell if it's the game's original "seal" versus someone who has re-shrunk wrapped the game? I mean, there has to be a way to figure out the difference..any thoughts?

How can you tell if it's the game's original "seal" versus someone who has re-shrunk wrapped the game? I mean, there has to be a way to figure out the difference..any thoughts? Oh, if you have a lot of sealed games from different companies it´s easy to recognise the original shrinking characteristics! Parker brothers for example have a thick and elastic shrinkwrapping with a significant "air hole" in it......
black dog #31 Posted June 10, 2009 If my memory is correct I seem to remember some guy in Texas selling new videogames and videogame related items from a warehouse, according to a thread from last year. Anyone else remember this?
classicgamingguy #32 Posted June 10, 2009 iwan..... Something I'm not overly good at is identifying shrinkwrap types. Oh well, I suppose sealed is sealed. NOT into that right now. Just trying to collect CIB's!! I probably WILL do this eventually.
Tickled_Pink #33 Posted June 10, 2009 I still have a couple of pics with my bum on the surface......... Iwan recently sent me some new pictures of his sealed collection... To the right is his ET collection.
iwan-iwanowitsch-goratschin #34 Posted June 10, 2009 iwan..... Oh well, I suppose sealed is sealed. Nah, at the moment the three most important seals are the shrinkwrap seals, the glue seals and the Navy seals........ :D
iwan-iwanowitsch-goratschin #36 Posted June 10, 2009 Are those two examples still existing????????
classicgamingguy #37 Posted June 11, 2009 iwan..... Oh well, I suppose sealed is sealed. Nah, at the moment the three most important seals are the shrinkwrap seals, the glue seals and the Navy seals........ :D Too true. Speaking of sealed games, I just got about 3 perfectly sealed, AND put into plastic cases!! I really want to open them...but I'm not going to do that, as they are sooooo pretty wrapped up nice that I want them to stay that way forever!!!
