Already Excists?

I would like to know if a game like this already exists. Basically you bounce the ball off the walls and off your paddle to keep it in play. As long as the ball stays in play, you earn a point for each second the ball is in play. As the game goes on the balls velocity gets faster until the player misses. Once the player misses the ball it's game over. I found a site that has a game like this already here. I also am attaching my own version as a reference. Does anyone know if this game already exists or if i will run into copyright problems?

Don't worry about copyright problems. You are allowed to have the "look and feel" of copyrighted games. When you start ripping the original's graphics, sound and name thats when you'll get into trouble. Just call your game "Project Freddy", it can be anything you like then .
