I don't think the person who wrote it had any intention of putting it in a game. At least there is no evidence of a planned Yellow Submarine game. Barroom Baseball was a modified version of Realsports baseball to be used in a coin-op machine for bars/arcades. I think there is some more info on this at www.atari-History.com .
