I here the white ones are very rare IIRC Digital Press ranks the white system an R6, I might be wrong but yes they are less common than the others. Not only did you get the much rarer white console but the original Basic Interface Unit. All for $2. I think I'd have a coronary if I ever stumbled upon a find like that. I have seen a bunch of Astrocade's in the wild, but NEVER a white. Nice find, nice price. Where have you found a bunch of these? Are other rare video game items as free available on your planet too? The first thing that stood out for me was that the RF switch looks MINTY! No rust. The carts look good too. Maybe it wasn't used that much. I'm jealous. I don't own one, so I've never investigated the problem. I have heard that some people elevate the unit and point a fan at it during use.
