He also pays quickly and as promised. We quickly agreed to a deal.... then bad weather and an ER visit for my wife put things on hold for a few days. He rolled right with it and a few days later, we picked things up where we left off. Its a shame that a foot of snow got in the way of meeting in person (we're not far from each other).
