+wood_jl #12 Posted July 1, 2009 That's interesting, but if I had $3,250 to drop at once on game equipment, I can't help but imagine the ROOM FULL of stuff I'd buy with it as opposed to a nonfunctional prototype. Hell, I thought this huge vintage Atari arcade tester was overpriced: http://cgi.ebay.com/ATARI-CTS-1-Computer-T...3A1%7C294%3A200 ....but perhaps it is not? Tempest #15 Posted July 1, 2009 I've asked this before, but I don't think I ever got an answer. What does the splash screen say when the System X starts up? Does it say 5200? I assume the BIOS must be different. Tempest

Parrothead #19 Posted July 2, 2009 (edited) And it's sold. I must admit BuyAtari put his Free Seller account to good use. That would have cost a bit to sell on Ebay Glad the Chuckwagon worked out for ya. Edited July 2, 2009 by Parrothead

Buyatari #23 Posted July 2, 2009 And it's sold. I must admit BuyAtari put his Free Seller account to good use. That would have cost a bit to sell on Ebay Glad the Chuckwagon worked out for ya. Well I've already made back what I spent on the lifetime membership if I had to pay ebay fees and I've done it selling somewhere other than eBay. Why suport them when you support your own ? This is the second high dollar item (first was Atari 2700) I've sold on Chuckwagon. So for those of you who are afraid to try Chuckwagon I say give them a shot ! What do you have to lose?
