SIO2SD TURBO++ opinions?

Hi All,

 

I'm looking to get rid of the Atari 1010 tape drive I got with my Atari 800XL purchase and put the proceeds towards one of these:

 

 

SIO2SD TURBO++

 

 

It would be used primarily for testing homebrew game development & the odd old game or 2

 

 

Has anyone used this particular SIO2SD and if so is it any good?

does not look any different to the non turbo ones (which also load at warp speed!)

fair price though.

Dont expect much for the 1010 though
