I suppose that there would be a "solus" version, and a version with a "codpiece controller" that could be manipulated for extra credit. Perhaps also a "danglable baby" controller. Maybe a "Neverland" based game, along the lines of Carnival Massacre, where MJ gets to save the imperiled kids? Or, if it were to be a "Guitar Hero" or "Rock Band" style game, the goal could be to maximise the player's skin pallor, while simultaneously reducing the quality of the music.
