Just got Plaque Attack and Deadly Duck

Recommended Posts

I never thought I'd see these. Not extremely rarte but anything to be found locally in frekkin El Paso is a real find. Think of it like this, unless it's ET, Pac Man and Space Inv., add 2 to the rarity chart for here. A friend of mine got Robot Tank, tht was a score pretty good. All loose, and I got a few commons, too. A few Activision games, nothing special.

In the wild shopping is a totally different market than online shopping. I shop primarily in the wild, and it seems that the rarity for some games in the wild is very different than what's in the guide.

I break it down into four parts:

1: Very common, every time games are found a t a thrift or garage sale, these titles are among them.

2: Rarity 3 to 5 according to the guide. Can be found with a little persistence.

3: Rarity 6 to 8 according to the guide. You find these once every 12 to 18 months.

4: Rarity 8 and up according to the guide. If you find it, buy it because you won't ever see one again.

I've found Adventure seems to be very hard to find complete in box and in good condition. I've been unsuccessful in finding one as well as a regular Basic Math.

There's one place here in town that has sealed games, but their prices are a bit high and they rewquire you to be at their warehouse at 9am (not good for many, me included) and they won't ship anywhere. I haven't been there lately (last few years) but they do have that stuff in stock.

I could be persuaded to be a go-to guy for this place. I'll have to see if I can get a discount of some kind...
