Colecovision 2600 Adapter, What carts wont fit?

What 2600 games wont fit this expansion module?

All 2600 games fit the 2600 ColecoVision adapter,no worries! Whether they all "WORK",not sure about that one.There were related problems IIRC on other systems using adapters,but never heard of any with the CV 2600 adapter.

Actually, if I'm not mistaken, the Starpath Supercharger doesn't fit. You have to alter the casing a little bit to be able to insert it into the cartridge port. I'm not speaking from experience though, so better get confirmation from someone else who actually tried it.
