NE146 #4 Posted October 7, 2002 I think he got tired of the classic gaming thing and bailed on the scene. To quote from his page www.videotwit.com "Activity here has pretty much come to a standstill. Classic gaming is a thing of the past for me" and I am sick of classic videogames. An awful confession, but true nonetheless. I want to sell everything and get it out of my way, but still feel not at all motivated to work on selling. I'll put some more effort into it around the winter holiday season, I guess. etc. IMHO it's the same old story though.. and as we've seen in ourselves and in others, it's only a matter of time before his interest comes back again.. I'll bet in another 10 -15 years or so, he'll "rediscover" it again.

MegaManFan #10 Posted October 8, 2002 On a BBS I frequent, "twit" means a user who has been barred FROM posting in any of the forums for repeated violations of the user policy.
NE146 #11 Posted October 8, 2002 are there still BBS's around?
MegaManFan #12 Posted October 9, 2002 are there still BBS's around? Telnet bbs.isca.uiowa.edu - I think it's the oldest continously active internet BBS in the country. It's not as big as it was before the advent of the web, but the fact it's still around is remarkable in itself; and it has a thriving Video Games forum to boot (scrolls faster than I can read actually, so I only browse it on occasion).
