Malagai Cartridge Just Found

Not sure how lucky I really am.... I just bought a Malagai game cartridge at a garage sale for $1. I picked it up because it was a cartridge I knew I didn't have. I had no idea it was a rarity. Game plays fine but the label is pretty worn. What is this thing really worth? Not sure if I want to sell it right away , but when I do, what should I expect to get for it? Would I be better off selling it on ebay or offering it up for sale on a site like this?

 

I played with the 2600 in the early years when it came out. I think I will like owning and playing Canyon Bomber and Indy 500 more than owning and playing a rare cart I never played as a kid.

Ahh, it's not worth much. If you don't want it, though, I'll gladly take it off your hands for $5 for your time and trouble.

You should expect anywhere between $200 and $500 for that Malagai. Very cool find indeed!!

Not with a bad label it's not, it might have been 3 years ago but not anymore. My friend "riffraff" just bought one at the CGE2K2 auction for $140.00,- !

You're right. I hadn't read the label is in a bad condition.

 

I'm sure though that most Malagais will still fetch more than $140 on eBay. Those CGE auctions aren't known for their high prices
