doubledown #3 Posted August 18, 2009 Is the autofire feature available for all buttons, or just certain ones? How do you toggle the autofire feature on and off?
VectrexMad! #4 Posted August 18, 2009 Is the autofire feature available for all buttons, or just certain ones? How do you toggle the autofire feature on and off? No, autofire is only available on button 4 - the button that the majority of Vectrex games use for firing/shooting - although there are some exceptions. Auto fire mode is on by default. To turn it off for particular games e.g. PolePosition (otherwise it makes your car go slower!), you just need to press button 4 immediately after you switch on power to the Vectrex. regards VectrexMad! Richard H. #5 Posted August 18, 2009 I've got one and it works really well. Making a massive difference to my MineStorm scores I suggested he makes an Atari one (as the same pin configurations would work on other systems too).
