tjb #1 Posted August 19, 2009 (edited) Anybody know anything about this compiler or where I might find a copy for sale? It's supposed to simplify GEM, AES, and VDI programming. I ran across an ad for it in the Antic Catalog this evening. tjb Edited August 19, 2009 by tjb
lp060 #2 Posted August 19, 2009 (edited) Never heard of "GSTC Compiler", but perhaps you meant GST 'C' Compiler? If so that one is pretty old, well what isn't in Atari land? Anyway, one that is less old is PureC. Seems to be fairly popular. Find it at: http://www.reservoir-gods.com/source.htm Edited August 19, 2009 by lp060
tjb #3 Posted August 20, 2009 It's listed as GTSC FWIW. They also list GST-ASM. I had never heard of them either (before seeing the ad). Thanks for the link BTW. tjb

STuck #6 Posted March 7, 2013 I have the manual and the disk, but unfortunately the disk appears mostly corrupt
STuck #7 Posted March 8, 2013 UPDATE: The disk has three bad tracks. I have the manual and case however.
MrMaddog #8 Posted March 9, 2013 I had that once, the manual listed all the GEM functions but didn't really tell you how to use them or what they even did. Having the Atari Compendium on hand would have made things easier...
STuck #9 Posted March 9, 2013 I'll leave this here in case anyone's interested http://info-coach.fr/atari/software/languages/cmanship-v1.0.pdf Though if anyone does have GST C I'd be grateful for a copy!
STuck #10 Posted March 9, 2013 UPDATE: TJB: I have the disk working now, unfortunately I can't get my PC to read it (ST reads it fine: it must be an early TOS 1 floppy).
