Need lithium-ion batteries/pack

Hi... looking for a Lithium-ion battery pack...

I need something above 8V and prefer to have lower than 12v.

I need at least 2600 mAh.

 

Lipos will work as well, i guess, as long as they have protection circuits.

I need to be able to charge these things! So I must have a charger as well.

 

I'd like to find a good deal on this, or perhaps a trade.

 

I have a lot of extra lynx games I can trade, and other stuff as well.

 

Let me know what you have.
