If the 166 games are all diferent games, than I say it's a decent deal. Also, it's not for $99, it's for $199. Still 166 different games is worth $1 a piece at least in my opinion, and there are some rarer games like Hero in there.

The opening bid is $99, the BIN is $199.

 

If you don't have many Atari carts, this would be a decent lot to pick up and get a bulk deal. Even if you already have some, you can pick out the ones you want and then resell the rest. Some people might be interested in the label variants, such as the blue label Activision titles.
