Save the Whales PAL ?

Today the game Save the Whales arrived.

 

It work great and all looks good. Now I have wonder me, why the water is blue. Its the normal color from water. But NTSC games have other colors on PAL consoles. So the water must be green I think.

 

And I have see too, that all pictures from Save the Whales here have green water. But on the Box its blue too.

 

So its maybe a PAL game.
