They relabelled 50,000 ET cartridges and shipped them over. The game was redocumented, the manual explaining that you had to help Sergio the Iguana escape back to his family.

 

The rarity is a result of the fact that people quickly caught on, only 400 units sold and the remainder were included in packs of Taco shells as a special offer which also failed to boost sales.
